The 100 Property Club has appointed Nicola Forgette, Managing Director of Gifford Grant Ltd as Chair for the 46 year old Club for the next 2-year term. Gifford Grant is a leading commercial interiors company specialising in the refurbishment and fitting out of offices and industrial space. Nicola takes over the Chairmanship from James Lacey, Partner at Vail Williams who was Chairman from 2016-18.
Commenting on Nicola’s appointment, past Chairman, James Lacey said: “Nicola has been on the Club’s Committee for two years and we are delighted that she is taking on the mantle for us. Her appointment is particularly fitting because of her keen support of the Club and its activities over the last 20 years but in addition, as her father was one of the early adopting members of this 46 year old Club 30 years ago.”
Nicola Forgette said on becoming the Club’s new Chair: “I will wish to continue in James’ good footsteps and to further welcome a wider variety of property industry professionals into the Club. It is a unique social and networking Club run by professionals within the property industry. It provides members with technical information sharing opportunities at events across the year which we host whilst giving something back to local communities through our fund raising activities.
