The new 100 Bishopsgate building by Brookfield Properties, in the City of London opened its doors to a number of our 100 Property Club Members for a private tour on 11 October 2018. This new building stands within the emerging cluster of towers in the City and at 181 metres in height it has 37 floors. In total, it has 900,000 sq ft of commercial space of which 20,000 sq ft is for retail.

The building is designed to maximise sustainability and reduce the carbon footprint over the lifetime of the building.

The group were obviously impressed and would like to hugely thank: Matthew White from Brookfield Properties, David Macintyre from Aecom, and Matt Price from Multiplex for their considerable time in showing us around and making this tour so interesting – and most enjoyable!
