This year’s special guest speaker at 100 Property Club’s 103rd annual dinner will be Sir Ranulph Fiennes, one of the world’s greatest living adventurers and explorers.  The evening takes place on 11 December 2018 at London’s Intercontinental Hotel on Park Lane.

The 100 Property Club has appointed Nicola Forgette, Managing Director of Gifford Grant Ltd as Chair for the 46 year old Club for the next 2-year term.  Gifford Grant is a leading commercial interiors company specialising in the refurbishment and fitting out of offices and industrial space. Nicola takes over the Chairmanship from James Lacey, Partner at Vail Williams who was Chairman from 2016-18.
