On 19th September, Sarah Chapman, Communications Manager for the 100 Property Club met with Mike Peskin of Osborne Construction for lunch to present him with the PRAT cup, which she has been reliably informed stands for Prolific Attendance Trophy, and not what many of you may be thinking otherwise (to say nothing of its previous winners!).

One of the prizes auctioned off at the dinner was the opportunity to have The 100 Property Club Committee visit your home to prepare and serve a unique dining experience for 8 people.

We have recently been able to donate £1,500 to the Alexander Jansons Foundation.

Although many amongst you will relish the thought of pounding the fairways at your local golf club on a Sunday morning, Anthony and Tim have offered to host a cycling event in the summer for all the budding Bradley Wiggins’ and Lizzie Armitsteads’ amongst the membership.

We held our annual Charity and Black Tie Dinner at the Intercontinental Hotel for the second year in December 2014 which included a cash draw and an auction.
