You can’t beat a day on the water, and what better way to spend a Monday in September than at the 100 Property Club’s best event, and our largest gathering for the annual sailing day. Twenty six of us filled three Beneteau First 40’ yachts, each with skipper and mate, ready to race across the Solent to Yarmouth.

A perfect day with the sun shining, the wind blowing, and the tide going in the right direction gave rise to excellent sailing conditions. A fantastic lunch at The Hut, and then the addition of spinnakers to sail us back to Port Hamble.
