The 100 Property Club prides itself as a charitable organisation who’s events are a way for people to connect and be a part of something bigger than themselves. The Annual Dinner is the flagship event for the Club and always has a stellar turnout, a tradition that was continued this year.

This year’s guest speaker, Steve Coogan, nominated the Lighthouse Project as this year’s supported charitable organisation. The Lighthouse Project are a community centre based in Middleton whose mantra is “we welcome and support so that you achieve”. In the backdrop of the pandemic, the Lighthouse has been especially busy not only helping people get back on their feet but also feeding them and, as part of that worthwhile work, providing free financial and debt advice to people struggling with personal debts.

At this year’s Annual Dinner, we raised an amazing £30,000 for the Lighthouse Project! Thank you so much to everyone that attended and donated to this fantastic cause.
